Here is the exact itinerary I used to plan a friend's bachelorette weekend in Austin, TX! We had the best time, and I wouldn't change anything around. We went for President's Day weekend and stayed Friday - Monday. 

Friday:

• Between 3-6pm: Arrive at Airbnb. This is where we stayed: LINK
• 7:30pm: Dinner at ATX Cocina 
• 9:30pm: Drinks at Goldie's Sunken Bar
• Afterwards, continue drinks at The Proper Hotel or head to The Wiggle Room

Saturday:

• 10:30am: Winery Tour
• We booked through Hill Country Wine Tours. They picked us up in a bus at our Airbnb
• Wine Tasting & Lunch at Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa
• Wine Tasting at Hye Meadow Winery (Bride gets to saber a champagne bottle)
• Wine Tasting Signor Vineyards (this was absolutely stunning!!)
• 5:30pm: Arrive back at the Airbnb
• 7:30pm: Dinner at Geraldine's

Sunday:

• 10:00am: Brunch at June's All Day
• 12:00pm: Shopping on South Congress

After living in Charlottesville, Virginia, I would 110% recommend visiting for your Bachelorette weekend (or even just a girls weekend in general)! Here is what I would recommend for an itinerary:
