The Ultimate Guide to Antiquing in Atlanta: My Favorite Antique Stores & Vintage Shopping Destinations

Antiquing has become one of my favorite ways to spend a Saturday in Atlanta. There's something so special about bringing home pieces that have a history and giving them a new life in your home. I hope this guide helps you discover a few new favorite shops, and if you visit any of these places, I'd love to know what treasures you find!

• Antiques & Beyond: Traditional antiques, smaller decor and home accents. There are over 75 dealers, and I especially love shopping here for decorative accessories, mirrors, lamps and artwork.

• Le Chateau European Interiors: French and European antiques, investment pieces and statement furniture (one of the most beautiful showrooms in Atlanta. It is definitely on the pricey side, but worth visiting for the inspiration alone.)

• Scott’s Antique Market: Held the second weekend of every month, it’s a must-visit for anyone who loves antiques, vintage decor, and collecting. With thousands of vendors under two roofs, it's the perfect place to spend the day searching for everything from antique furniture to artwork and home accessories.

Chamblee’s Antique Row District:

This is my favorite place in Atlanta for a full day of antiquing because several incredible stores are super close together, making it easy to spend an entire afternoon treasure hunting. Each shop has its own personality, from affordable consignment finds and hidden bargains to beautifully curated English antiques and fine furniture.

• Chamblee Antiques & Interiors: One of the larger stores on Antique Row. It leans a little pricier, but the selection of fine china, artwork, lamps, furniture and decorative accessories is beautiful. Don't miss the back section where you'll often find incredible markdowns.

• Treasure Mart: If you're willing to dig a little, this is where you'll find some of the best deals in Atlanta. Inventory changes frequently because it's consignment.

• The Way We Were Antiques: Housed in a charming older home filled with beautiful wooden English antique furniture.

• Antique Factory: The place to visit if you love Mid-Century Modern furniture and design. It's located right next door to The Way We Were Antiques, making it an easy stop.

Buckhead & West Midtown:

If you're looking for beautifully curated antique stores with traditional interiors and European influence, Buckhead and West Midtown have some incredible destinations.

Miami Circle:

If Chamblee is where I go to treasure hunt, Miami Circle is where I go for design inspiration. These antiques are far outside my budget, but I never leave without decorating inspiration.

• Interiors Market: Beautifully curated home decor, lamps, artwork and designer inspiration (expect higher price points, but it's one of my favorite places to gather decorating inspiration.) Inside you'll also find La Librarie, a hidden speakeasy-style clothing consignment store, and Buckhead Framing Company, one of my favorite custom framing shops in Atlanta.

• Foxglove Antiques: Every vignette feels beautifully designed. One of my favorite places in Atlanta for decorating inspiration.

• William Word Fine Antiques: One of Atlanta's premier antique showrooms specializing in English and European antiques. Even if you're just window shopping, it's worth visiting.

Metro-Atlanta:

While many of Atlanta's best-known antique stores are located inside the city, there are also several incredible destinations worth the drive just outside of town in Roswell, Marietta and Alpharetta. 

• Historic Roswell Antiques & Interiors: Cyrus is the best! The shop specializes in beautiful European antiques like marble-top chests, sideboards, china cabinets and statement furniture. They also have a mix of newer, more modern pieces, too.

• City Antiques & Interior Arts: Over 140 dealers make this one of the largest antique malls in Roswell. Inventory ranges from traditional antiques to vintage home decor, books, artwork and collectibles.

  • Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM | Sunday, 12–6 PM
• Queen of Hearts Antiques & Interiors: There are hundreds of dealer booths here, so every visit feels different. If you're hoping to start a plate wall, this is one of my favorite places to browse. You'll also find furniture, crystal, silver, artwork and vintage accessories.

• Cobb Antique Mall: Vintage treasures, antiques, collectibles and one-of-a-kind home decor (with more than 200 dealer booths, you truly never know what you'll find here!)

• Now and Again Antiques: Traditional furniture, antiques, artwork, lighting and beautifully curated home decor.

Don’t Miss: Scott Antique Market

If you're in Atlanta during the second weekend of the month, make time for Scott Antique Market. With thousands of vendors filling the North and South Atlanta Expo Centers, it's considered one of the largest indoor antique markets in the world and is one of my favorite places to spend a Saturday hunting for one-of-a-kind treasures. The market takes place the second weekend of every month, so it's worth checking the schedule before planning your trip. You can check the schedule here. I would personally say that the North Building has more antique furniture and finds, but the South Building has a mix of newer and older pieces with art, accessories, and better pricing mixed in. I work SJ Bailey Co. pop ups in the South Building regularly, and I absolutely recommend the visit.
