We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. Returns must be postmarked within that 7 day period. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Although rare, mistakes do happen, and earrings may break during the shipping process. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

SJ Bailey Co. earrings are delicate and therefore, we encourage you to take gentle care. Do not keep in a bag or on a tray with several other earrings. Because we use gentle materials, it is also best to not wear with lotions or sunscreens.
