Returns & Refunds

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sjbaileyco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

SJ Bailey Co. is not responsible for shipping costs or lost returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Custom orders and bridesmaids orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Any items bought on promotion or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and Issues

Although rare, mistakes do happen, and earrings may break during the shipping process. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
