If you are not satisfied with your order, pieces can be returned for store credit within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns must be postmarked within that 7 day period. Make sure that the items returned are in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging. SJ Bailey Co. is not responsible for shipping costs or lost returns.
Custom orders and bridesmaids orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Any items bought on promotion or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges may be made up to 7 days after the original delivery date. Exchanges are subject to shipping costs. Any items bought on promotion or on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

SJ Bailey Co. does not ship internationally at this time.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

The majority of SJ Bailey Co. earrings are handcrafted, delicate, and can break if not cared for properly. Please handle with care. To request a repair, please email hello@sjbaileyco.com.
Although rare, mistake do happen, and earrings may break during the shipping process. If your pieces arrive damaged or break within 7 days of the delivery date, we will replace them. If damage during the 7 day period is due to mishandling or poor care, there is an $20 fee to fix them.
SJ Bailey Co. earrings are delicate and therefore, we encourage you to take gentle care. Do not keep in a bag or on a tray with several other earrings. Because we use gentle materials, it is also best to not wear with lotions or sunscreens.
